He is survived by: his wife Naomi; his pets, Cloee and Josee; his children, Harold Phillips Jr., Angela Thomas (Johnny) and Lanette Tyler (John); his stepdaughters, Deborah Moran (Jeff) and Donna Faulkner (Otis); his grandchildren, Ashley, Amber Phillips, Seth Thomas (Carly), Logan Thomas, Miranda Lanier (Darrell), Ronnie Harding (Tabetha), Billy Harding (Amber), Aimee' Wilkins (Bryan) and James Johnson (Liz); his sisters, Doris Quidas (John) and Lena Paulsen (Roger); his close friends, Roland Wheatley, Bobby Wheatley, James Wheatley, John Knox and Nelson Mills; and his friends, Bill Parks, Bill Outten, Steve Mills and Randy White.
