He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson G. Todd, Sr. and Linda Smith Todd. He is survived by: his son Scott Todd; his close friend Roni Brandt Simpkins; his daughter Mary Lynn Todd; his granddaughter April Todd (Levi Jarman); his great grandchild Fredric; and his brother Emerson Todd, Jr. (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
