He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur N. Johnson and Emma Johnson Moore (Parks). He is survived by: his wife Joan Shimer Johnson of Cambridge; his children, Emmajane Olinde (Greg) of Fruitland and Donald F. Johnson, Jr. (Amy Dukes) of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Grace Olinde, Victoria Olinde and Mason Olinde (Brooke Planner); and his brothers, Wayne A. Johnson (Donna) of Cambridge and Jeffrey L. Johnson of Salisbury. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
