She was predeceased by: her parents, Gardner Hastings and Eileen Scott Hastings; her husband Franklyn W. Dinkel, Jr.; and her brother Bruce Hastings. She is survived by: her son William Dinkel; her stepchildren, Lina Mae Dinkel, Lisa Pepper and Frank Dinkel; and her siblings, Edwin Hastings (Teresa) and Joyce Bowden (Roland). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
