Tinley in Cambridge, Maryland, born in Chestertown, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2024 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard W. Tinley and Marjorie Wood Tinley. He is survived by: his sister Ellen Noyes (Rich) of McKinney; and his close friends, Diane West and Larry Mills.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Open Bible Church (1619 Race St, Cambridge, MD 21613). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
