She is survived by: her children, Glenn Guy (Patricia) of Leonardtown, MD, Brenda G. Surfield (Ron) of Leonardtown, MD and Karen P. Guy of Leonardtown, MD; her siblings, William Lavender and Leonardtown, MD; and her husband George Guy. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
