He is survived by: his mother Victoria "Vicky" Mattingly of Leonardtown, MD.; his daughter Sarah Ann "Sam" Mattingly; his siblings, Yvonne "Renee" Davey (Patrick) and Travis Mattingly (Mischelle); his nephews, Dakota "Cody" Davey and Christopher Mattingly; and his niece Lauren Davey.
