It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Quinn Oscar Shelton Sr. of California, Maryland, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Shelton; and his children, William Quinn Oscar Shelton, Jr. of San Francisco, Andrea Denise Shelton of Clinton and David Eros Shelton, Sr. of Bowie, Maryland. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
