He was predeceased by: his father William A. Pickett, Sr.; his son William A. Pickett, III; and his sister Audrey Waddell. He is survived by: his wife Dyane Pickett; his children, Rachelle Tyler and David Pickett (Dhara); his mother Annie P. Thornton; his siblings, Ann Kelley, Sheree Pickett-Jones, Elvira Pickett-Ross, Avis Pickett and Edna Pickett; his grandchildren, Keith Tyler, Keiara Tyler, Kevon Tyler, Mariah Roundtree, Diamond Pickett, Darious Pickett, Xavier Pickett, Nicole Pickett, William A. Pickett, IV, Ashley Pickett, David Pickett, II and Donovan Pickett; and his great grandchildren, Lauren Richardson, McKennly Tyler, JaiYir Lougin and Amiri Lougin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
