He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Kidd, Sr. and Helen Bartley Kidd; his wife Dora Oldes Kidd; his grandson Jesse Will Kidd (J. W.); and his sisters, Joanne Kidd Rice, Olether Kidd Turner and Mary Ann Kidd.
He is survived by: his children, Nadine Kidd, Ronda Kidd, Lenise Kidd and Machan Kidd Niederriter (Franklin); his grandson Brandon Kidd; his stepchildren, Kashira Oldes and Keilon Oldes (Sinovia); his sisters, Elizabeth Kidd Lawrence, Helen Kidd Lomax and Ludie M. Kidd; and his close friend Vernelle Brown. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
