He was predeceased by: his mother Liv Torgersen Bernich. He is survived by: his father Ernest A. Bernich; his wife Donna; his children, Alyssa, Alaina, Adrian and Scott, Jr.; his granddaughter Alaiah; and his siblings, Kimberly Bernich and Ernest Bernich of Jacksonville.
