It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Jane Chalk of California, Maryland, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John Robert Chalk, Sr.; and her siblings, David, Charlotte, Douglas and Carol Ann.

She is survived by: her friends, Maxine Hayes and Christine Taylor.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sarah's memory may be made to the Church of the Guardian Angel, 2631 Huntingdon Avene, Baltimore, Maryland 21211.
