He is survived by: his wife Shirley Harrison Hall; and his children, Pamela Angell (Steve), Cheryl Skipper (Steve) and David Hall (Dianne). He is also survived by several stepchildren, nieces, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as countless friends.
