She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William Johnston and Virgie Butler Johnston; her husband Wallace "Wally" Randolph Beamer; and her siblings, William Johnston, John M. "Dickie" Johnston, Woodrow Johnston, Charles "Bucky" Johnston, Helen Johnston Stanton, Ruth Johnston Ferrara and Vivian Johnston Hanna.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Scott P. Beamer (Chris) of Traveler Rest, SC, Terry T. Beamer (Lisa) of Odessa, FL and Judy L. Sargent (Beamer) of Mechanicsville, MD; her grandchildren, Jason C. Wagner, Jacob S. Beamer, Tara N. Strickland, Lindsey R. Godwin, Blaire K. Beamer and Bryce A. Beamer; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Beamer, Ruby Strickland, Emersyn Godwin, Audie Strickland and Lilah Godwin.
