In loving memory of Margaret Hughes Campion of California, Maryland, born in Harrison, New Jersey, who departed this world on November 4, 2024 at the age of 96. Though Margaret may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Margaret touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hughes and Margaret Murray; and her children, Aileen Campion and John J. Campion III. She is survived by: her children, Margaret Sawyer of Piney Point, MD and Patrick Campion of Rockville, MD. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
