He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Felton and Esther Rogers Felton; and his sister Dinah Shearin. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Felton; his children, Ashley Driggers (David) of Frederick, MD, Brittany Henry (Aaron) of Frederick, MD and Christopher Felton (Natalie) of Mt. Airy, MD.; his grandchildren, Eden Driggers, Charlotte Henry and Ella Henry; his stepgrandchildren, Ava Driggers and Lyla Driggers; and his siblings, Spring Rd, Suite and Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Social distancing, wearing of masks and limitation of visitors at any one time in the funeral home will be in effect. Interment will be private.
