It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Parran Fenhagen of California, Maryland, who passed away on May 8, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Sherman Fenhagen. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Janet Biscoe (Daniel), Pearl (Daniel Dorsey) and Laura (Rodie Langley); and his grandsons, DJ, Matthew, Evan, Rodie and Gilligan.
