She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Joseph Bromley and Ada Marian Bromley (Greene); her husband Robert Edward Hislop, Sr.; her daughter Laureen Marie Shipley; her granddaughter Amanda Rock; and her sisters, Margaret Mary Whittemore and Patricia Ann Ball.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Anne Bruders of California, MD, Starr Vincent of Madrid, NM and Robert "Bobby" E. Hislop, Jr. of California, MD; her grandchildren, Spring Vincent, Eric Paul Bruders and Genevieve Foley; and her great grandchildren, Hope Pilgrim, Carson Foley and Riley Foley.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brinsfield Funeral Home (22955 Hollywood Rd, Leonardtown, MD 20650). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
