He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann; his children, Kimberly Ann Peltzer (Michael) of Frederick, Troy Dwight Mildren of California and Brian Dwight Mildren of Delmar, Delaware.; his siblings, Robert Mildren (Linda) of Nickerson, Barbara Sensui (Dex) and Judith Smith (Kenneth) of Claremore, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Nicholas Peltzer of Baltimore, Alexander Peltzer of Catonsville, Stephen Peltzer of Lexington Park, Sarah Peltzer of Frederick, Alexis Mildren of Delmar, Delaware, Jennifer Mildren of Delmar, Delaware and Leah Mildren of Delmar, Delaware; and also Briella Peltzer of Catonsville, Maryland..
