She was predeceased by: her parent Valley I. Greenwell; and her husband William Joseph "Joe" Sickle. She is survived by: her sister Agnes Poe (Greenwell) of Valley Lee, MD; and her children, Dorothy S. Prickett (Arthur) of California, MD, W. Kenneth Sickle (Cheryl) of Belmont, MI, Joseph C. Sickle of Hollywood, MD, Elizabeth S. Stricker (Andrew) of Tallassee, AL and Kathryn Flitter (Lance) of Poolesville, MD. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home (41590 Fenwick St, Leonardtown, MD 20650). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Face Catholic Church (20408 Point Lookout Rd, Great Mills, MD 20634).
