He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Alice Gibbs. He is survived by: his children, Gabrielle Gibbs and Demetrius Leon Gibbs Jr.; his grandchildren, Riley and Jabril Johnson; his father Samuel Leon Gibbs; and his brothers, David Turner and Michael Turner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; many bonus children and close friends.
