He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Jan Bailey; his cousin Sean (Walt); his mother Dorothy "Duff" Bailey of Bushwood, Maryland.; his brother Lester Bailey (Kaye); his nieces and nephews, Crissy Lyon Jones, Jacqy Bailey and Johnathan Bailey; his sister-in-law Tammy McGinnis; his stepchildren, Justin Peery (Shayna) and Jill Phan (Bryan); and his stepgrandchildren, Jared Peery, Emma Bassett, Hartley Bassett, Hailey Phan and Cohen Peery. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, in-laws and dear friends.
