He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leonard Wheeler and Agnes Cecilia Wheeler; his sister Barbara McKay; and his pet Taco. He is survived by: his wife Ann Wheeler of Bushwood, MD; his sons, Ryan Wheeler of Clements, MD, Danny Hazell of Ardmore, PA and Joseph Hazell of Huntingtown, MD; his siblings, Betty Ann Riffle (Pat), Debbie Hall (Mike), Theresa McKinney (Ricky), Mary Kennett (George) and James Leonard Wheeler; his granddaughter Ella Hazell; his goddaughters, Katie Hunt, Laura Woodburn and Tiffany McKinney; his friends, Jeffrey, Kathy Kreps, Andy, Renee Lettau, Juliet and Rich Brown; and his pets, Parker, King and Misty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
