It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicki Stair (Brunswick, Maryland), who passed away on December 24, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Allen Clark and Josephine Elizabeth Stair (Scarlett); her sons, Jeffrey Allen Mahoney (Teresa) of Brunswick and Billie Joe Mahoney of Frederick; her siblings, Terri Williams of Frederick and Tony Stair of Adamstown; her grandchildren, Shyann, Carley and Cody Mahoney (Reesa); her great grandchild Emma; and her brothers, Richard Scarlett and John Stair.
