It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Burkey of Brunswick, Maryland, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Andrew and Gladys Josephine Burkey (Klosterman). She is survived by: her children, Brenda Marie Boyer (Dennis) of Jefferson and Kevin W. Schnicker (Sonya); her grandchildren, Jonathan William Lawton, Stephanie Marie Lawton, Evan William Schnicker and Donovan Andrew Schnicker; her great grandchildren, Kayleigh Marie Hubble and Colton Daniel Hubble; and her siblings, Richard J. Burkey (Sherry) of Cumberland and Theresa Smith (Victor Ray) of Rosemont.
