She is survived by: her parent Mildred Hoffman; her children, Terry Burall (Martin), Mary Clark, Daniel Crummitt (Chris), Becky Hamrick and Loretta Carder; her siblings, Judy Baker (Delmar), Nancy Ray Rice, Eddie Hoffman (Rosemary), Doris Henry (Joe), Pamela Burke (Rick) and Darryl Hoffman (June); her grandchildren, Tonya Grimes, Kirstie Hamrick, Kelsie Hamrick, Katlyn Crummitt, Dylan, Dalas and Dakota Carder; and her great grandchildren, Aevin Blickenstaff and Gray Blickenstaff.
