He was predeceased by: his father Herman Claude Williams. He is survived by: his mother Bertha Beatrice Powell Williams; his wife Faye H. Williams; his sister Debra D. Goodlett; his brother-in-law Kedrick Goodlett; his sons, Dr. Eric Q. Williams and Terrence I. Williams; his daughters-in-law, Juhi R. Williams and Shaneeca L. Williams; his grandchildren, Eboné, Amber, Arjun, Aaryan and Terryn; and his great grandchildren, Aniyla, Peyton, Aaliyah and Reign. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, and great friends.
