He was predeceased by: his parent George Brewster; and his siblings, Robert, Billy Joe, William and Grace Lowe.

He is survived by: his parent Hope Brewster (Bordwine); his children, Calvin Fowler (Michelle) of Thurmont, Gregory Fowler (Katie) and Tonia Fowler (Noah) of Brunswick; his sisters, Elizabeth O'Conor, Sue Breeden, Wanda Ward, Pansy Puckett and Joyce McVey; and his stepchildren, Tara Richards and Stephen Richards. He is also survived by grandchildren, one great grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Frederick County or a children's.
