She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas and Louise Hagan of Broad Run; her husband Charles William Leopold Sr.; her children, Dianne Fleming (Bobby) of Knoxville, MD and Tommy "Bo" Overton Jr. (Terri) of Rosemont, MD; her siblings, Elizabeth "Snookie" Mentzer, Lynne Minnick and Harlan Hagan; her grandchildren, Lori Eackles (Rob), Cole Fleming (Kyla) and Logan Overton; her stepgranddaughter Bailey Harding; her great grandchildren, Lailynne and Reese Eackles; her stepchildren, Tammy Gerstner (John), Timothy Leopold and Tracy Reed; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley Bryan, Shannon Gerstner, Shane Gerstner, Deanna Reed, Heather Leopold and TJ Leopold; her cousin Bernice Snyder; and also Kathy.
