It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Palmer-Garcia of Brunswick, Maryland, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Prudence "Prue" Palmer of Virginia Beach, VA and Col. David G. Palmer. She is survived by: her sons, Austin D. Garcia and Dylan A. Garcia; her siblings, Jennifer and Stephen D. Palmer; her niece Brittany Palmer; her nephews, Manoli, Ethan and Evan Palmer; and her friends, Esther Brittain and Diane Creager.
