He was predeceased by: his father Irvin W. Fossett II; his grandparents, Robert Ingram, Bessie Rollins-Ingram, Irvin W. Fossett and Lois Fossett-Williams; his brothers, Craig Fossett and Irvin Fossett, III; his stepfather Donald L. Randolph Sr.; his goddaughter Schrae; and his friend Dan Niles.

He is survived by: his mother Theresa D. Randolph (NC); his children, Laterris, Chanel, Joe, Carl and Adrianna; his siblings, Gregory (Alice), Robin, Jerome (Erica), Jackie (Amos), Filmore (Carrie), Kim, Donna, David (Angela), Twania (Donnell), Donald and Trevette (Courtney); his godchildren, Rolique and Tiana; and his friends, Toni Newman, Wayne Luby, Vonnie Hill, Charles Jenkins and James Taylor. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and former coworkers.
