He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Burch (Kidwell); and his siblings, Ernest, Edgar, Raymond Burch and Agnes Belas.
He is survived by: his daughter Ernestine L. Wilson (Rob) of Boonsboro, MD; his granddaughter Misty Bitler of Brunswick, MD; his great grandchild Jenilyn Powers of Frederick, MD; and his sister Frances Shumaker of Alexandria, VA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
