She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blair and Edith Blair; her husband Marvin S. Fowler; and her brother Eugene Addison Blair (Carolyn Blair). She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca L. Fowler (Rodney W. Winstead); and her nieces, Lynn (Blair), Carroll (Ray Carroll), Frances Moore (Fowler), Linda (Fowler) and Jordan (Ray Jordan). She is also survived by great-grandnieces/nephews; and cousins.
