She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilmer D. Smith and Cecil M. Smith (Bloyer); her son Carl L. Tritapoe; and her brothers, Ralph W. Creager, Kenneth C. Creager, Gilmer H. Smith, James L. Smith and Clifford B. Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Russell L. Tritapoe, Jr. of Brownsville; her children, Linda L. Boyd (David) of Inwood, WV, Donald E. Jones, Jr. (Michele) of Boonsboro, Keith A. Tritapoe, Dalia of Falling Waters, WV and Russell "Rusty" G. Tritapoe (Donna) of Boonsboro; her sister Shirley M. Spurrier (Lindy) of Knoxville; and her pet Molly. She is also survived by four grandsons and four granddaughters; 11 great-grandchildren.
