He is survived by: his mother Kay Staubs Jenkins (Kenneth Jenkins, Sr.) of Charles Town, WV; his son Josh Mentzer (Chrissy); his grandsons, Aiden and Gavin of Hagerstown, MD; his siblings, James Nokes, Jr. (Sammy) of Knoxville, MD, Ricky Nokes (Michele) of Knoxville, MD, Kelly Campbell (Raymond) of Charles Town, WV, Nicole Stoneberger (Jamey) of Martinsburg, WV, Cassandra Thurston and JoAnn Golden (Shannon) of Berkeley Springs, WV; his nieces and nephews, Brandan Nokes, Brady Longerbeam, Connor, Jonathan Campbell, Britney Anderson (Steven), Chloe McDaniel and Christian; his cousins, William Mullenix (Cindy) and Holly Vaughn (Rick); his close friends, Kelsey and Diane Grim; and his sister-in-law Karen Coates. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
