He was predeceased by: his father John Michael Tomchuk Sr. John. He is survived by: his mother Janice Faye Tomchuk; his brother Keith Thompson; his aunts and uncles, Freda Caccavalle, Gary, Sandy Thompson, Marvin and Kim Herron; and his grandchildren, Harley Herron, Grandmom and Grandpop Tomchuk.
