It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Bell of Brooklyn, Maryland, who passed away on April 23, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Charles Phelps (Denise) and Tina Leonard (Pete); her grandchildren, Taylor Kairos and David Phelps; and her siblings, Marie Warnick and William Boddice. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
