She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Polk and Marzella Davis Polk; her husband Darrlyn Doane of Brooklyn Baltimore; her children, Calvin Whitney, Jr. of Fruitland, Chanel Ortiz (Dequan Oriz) of Princess Anne and Cierra Whitney of Salisbury, Maryland; her stepdaughters, Tamea Stover and Alycia Stover; her grandchildren, De'Ciere Whitney, LeAin Whitney, De'Ziah Whitney, Elian Ortiz and Evian Ortiz; her stepgrandchildren, Kamiyah Stover, Josiah Stover and Sean Stover; her siblings, Maria Davis of Salisbury, Maryland and Derrick Carr, Jr. of Dover, Delaware; her aunt Mary Polk; and her close friend Ray Parson. She was also cherished by child; other aunts and uncles; two nieces and one nephew; great nieces and great nephews; family and friends.
