It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice May James of Brooklyn, Maryland, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Hill-Paschall and Amanda Hill-Paschall; her sons, Cranston and Samuel James, Jr.; her brother Cranston Paschall; and her son-in-law Elder Jacob Woodberry.

She is survived by: her husband Samuel James; and her daughters, Annie (Lewis), Lorraine and Patricia. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, a host of other family and friends.
