He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Parker and Annie Laura Parker. He is survived by: his children, Keith A. Parker, Yvonne E. Parker, Ronald Parker II (Debra) and Matthew D. Parker (Shalea); his grandchildren, Khairy, Khairah, Dominic, Jason, Johann and Patrick Eli; his great grandchildren, Serenity and Janiya; his sisters, Yvonne A. Craft and Shelly L. Parker; his nieces, Ricquel T. Marsh and Lynnell; his great-nieces, Kristin, Kayla and Aasiya; his great-nephew Aaquil; his friends, Brenda E. Pinnick and Charles A. Wells; and also Ryann Rae. He is also survived by cousins and family friends.
A masonic service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Asbury Broadneck United Methodist Church (657 Broadneck Rd, Annapolis, MD 21409). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery (1122 Sunrise Beach Rd, Crownsville, MD 21032).
