He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Plummer and Henry Plummer; his sister Charlotte Reeves; his former wife Betty Loftus Plummer; and his close friend Lois Neumann.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Plummer, Dale Plummer, Harry Loftus and Jill Plummer Ellison; and his niece Linda Reeves. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gonce Funeral Service (4001 Ritchie Hwy, Brooklyn Park, MD 21225). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the Glen Haven Cemetery.
