He was predeceased by: his close friend Betty Gillis; his stepchildren, Brian Olson, Deborah Stitley, Susan Hardy and Roy Greiber; his parents, Violetta Kulp and Joseph Kulp; and his siblings, Russel Kulp, Violet Toots Macfarland, Claire Lusby and Robert Kulp.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Kulp.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gonce Funeral Service (4001 Ritchie Hwy, Brooklyn Park, MD 21225). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Pine Grove Cemetery (737 S Main St, Mt Airy, MD 21771).
