She was predeceased by: her father Virgil; her husband Billy Blackwell; her son Bobby Blackwell; and her siblings, Justin, Fred "Jim", Dottie, Ruby and Charles.
She is survived by: her son Terry Blackwell. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren 16 great grandchildren and one on the way, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122).
