He was loved and cherished by many people including: his family Butch; his parents, Leslie Garrett Caperoon Jr. and Gail Langhammer Caperoon; his wife Judy Caperoon; his children, Jennifer Fiorucci (Jonathan), Heather Mydlarz (Jeffrey) and Bryan Caperoon (Katie); his stepchildren, Kristy Taylor (Jeffrey) and Brandon Smith (Jennifer); his sister Debra Ways; his grandchildren, Ethan Langley, Colin Sturgill, Brody Sturgill, Julian Fiorucci, Carter Mydlarz, Connor Mydlarz, Skyler Lovett, Savanna Lovett, Adrianna Holt, Devyn Smith, Kenley Smith and Braylee Smith; his great grandchild Leilani Langley; and his grandparents, Walter Langhammer, Edna Langhammer, Leslie Caperoon, Sr. and Frieda Caperoon.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gonce Funeral Service (4001 Ritchie Hwy, Brooklyn Park, MD 21225). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
