She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Cowley (Bob); her parents, Raymond Talley and Veronica Talley; her sisters, Sharon Yeager, Donna Rae McKinley and Joyce Riggs; and her stepdaughter Carrie Cowley.
She is survived by: her siblings, William Noel (Janet), Pamela Lowe (Dave) and Linda Riggleman; her sibling-in-law Kim Cowley; and her stepchildren, Chrissy Williams (Jeff), Cathy Hartman (Craig) and Tori Cowley.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gonce Funeral Service (4001 Ritchie Hwy, Brooklyn Park, MD 21225). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (5829 Ritchie Hwy, Baltimore, MD 21225).
