She was predeceased by: her husband John Lukaszczyk; and her sisters, Mary Helen Simmons, Catherine Buski and Margaret T. Zahner. She is survived by: her children, John Lukaszczyk Jr. (Marie), Rose Bailey (Carl), Patty DiSaia (Mike), Cindy Smith and Nicole Lukaszczyk (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Liam and Scarlett Cogle.
