He was predeceased by: his son Donald B. Schwanke; and his parents, Mary Schwanke and Louis Schwanke. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Schwanke; his children, Donna Miller and Mark Schwanke; his grandchildren, Brent, Dana Miller, Mark and Jenna Schwanke; and his great grandchildren, Piper, Chloe and Tatum.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gonce Funeral Service (4001 Ritchie Hwy, Brooklyn Park, MD 21225). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (5829 Ritchie Hwy, Baltimore, MD 21225).
