We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2023, at the age of 82, Virginia Louise Hanlon of Brookeville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry George Pirrung and Virginia Kathryn Kerins; her son Michael Joseph Hanlon; and her sister Molly Pirrung. She is survived by: her husband John Hanlon; her children, Kathy Zonghetti (Bill), Jake Hanlon, Ginny Jones, Beth Hanlon and Annie Lacey (Brad); her grandchildren, Zachary (Allison), Luke, Bernice, Jacob, Jack Hanlon, Cole Miles, Kelly Larsen (Blake), Kyle, Ashley Zonghetti, Hana, Danielle Jones, Tyler and Jenna Lacey; her great grandchildren, Jameson Hanlon and Sophia Russell; and her brother Nib Pirrung.
