She was predeceased by: her husband David D. Klein; and her parents, Fred Kelly and Margaret Kelly of Maryland. She is survived by: her siblings, Lee Ebora (Steve), Kevin Kelly, Karen Buch (Ken), Thomas Kelly (Kathy) and Kathleen Kelly. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
