He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysuis Frank and Caroline Lillian Caummisar Loeser; his son Thomas Loeser; and his siblings, Aloysius Norman Loeser, Edwin Andrew Loeser and Elizabeth Lillian Loeser.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Richard F. Loeser, Jr. (Cathie), Mary T. Loeser (Kirk) and Dr. Caroline S. Loeser (Jeanette); his grandchildren, Perry Rukrigl (Pierce), Dr. Paul Loeser (Whitney), Tommy, Molly, Danny and Jack Shawhan; his great grandchild Evangeline Loeser; and his sister Joan Scarberry of Newport News, VA..
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Huntington.
